Where is your life heading to? Which trajectory is it on now? What is your purpose? All the wealth that you amassed, the investments you made, and the valuable possessions you have worked so hard to obtain. Where are these heading to? What do they mean when you depart from this world? What does “success” mean to you, at that juncture, when the angel of death comes to greet you?
“Corruption has appeared throughout the land and sea by [reason of] what the hands of people have earned so He may let them taste part of [the consequence of] what they have done that perhaps they will return back from Evil.” [Surah Ar-Rum 30:41]
“The Prophet ﷺ said: “Beware of oppression, for oppression will be darkness on the Day of Resurrection. Beware of stinginess, for it destroyed those who were before you. It incited them to shed blood and treat the unlawful as lawful.” (Sahih Muslim).
The importance of sunnah is highlighted in the Quran and in the teaching of the Prophet ε who said in his Farewell Sermon: “I am leaving behind among you something which, if you adhere to it, you will not go astray after that. It is the Book of Allah.” The version narrated by al-Hakim says “The Book of Allah and my Sunnah.” (Classed as saheeh/authentic by al-Albani in Saheeh al-Jami’, 2937).
Flee to Allah is an all-encompassing theme that seeks to shed the rays of hope among the people and take us out of darkness — for Allah is there as our shield, our refuge and with Him as our protecting guardian, we will be able to navigate through the daily struggles of modern living, temptations and shaitan’s whispers as well as a bad ending to our worldly lives.
In this two-day convention, we would like to expose the plans of the enemies against Islam and Muslims; to remind the Ummah of their objectives and duties in life, urging the Ummah to be steadfast on the straight path and finally unveil the importance & virtues of adhering to the Quran and Sunnah during these times of Fitnah.
In Islam, the family is a divine institution, a sacred gift, and the foundation of society. The Quran emphasizes the importance of family bonds in Surah At-Tahrim (66:6), saying: "Protect yourselves and your families from the fire." As Muslims, it's our duty to protect our families and shield them from internal conflicts and external challenges. Join us on this journey to strengthen your family's foundation and create unbreakable bonds.theme
